Disneyland!

Our Disneyland Adventure!
We went to Disneyland for the Day Family Reunion.  We drove there on Friday, went to Disneyland on Saturday, and then drove home on Sunday.  It was a short trip, but very fun!
We were so excited to be at Disneyland, we took a lot of pictures right outside the gates...
And inside the gates! :) The weather was great and looked very promising for a perfect day at the place where all your dreams come true.
We screamed and laughed our way through Pirates of the Carribean, the Jungle Ride, and the Haunted Mansion.  We also went on the Winnie the Pooh ride.  The next ride we decided to go on was in Fantasyland...Mr. Toads Wild Ride.
As we were riding this kid ride, Tyler saw a hat in the flashing lights and decided to reach out and grab it.  At the very moment he reached down, the car took a 'wild' turn and swung him like a baseball bat right into the frame of the door! This is how I saw him when we came out of the ride...it was quite scary!
The Disneyland nurse lady came and cleaned it all up...and told us we needed to leave the park and go to the doctor so he could get stitched up.

As we left the ride, which was now closed down for 'medical purposes' Tyler was quite the star.  We spent an agonizing 3 hours in the closest ER...where many adventures took place all in itself.  That would take 2 days to blog about.  We finally made it back to Disneyland and continued our wonderful day at the park!
We ate with Tylers brother and his family at the all you can eat BBQ place...man it was good!
Although the fireworks show got cancelled, we still had a great day in California and with the Day family.  The moral of the story? Always keep your legs and arms...and HEAD inside the ride at all times!!!
The End.
